The person
The ideal candidate must be

•     Passionate about community social impact.
•     Willing to work with less privileged persons and be committed to their life aspirations.
•     Living on the Island or its environs e.g. Lekki, Ajah, Victoria Island or Ikoyi.
•     Conversant with the Island and its environs.

Job Functions

•     Recruiting members (and workers) into the community and managing their affairs.
•     Managing the administrative affairs of the community which will include but not limited to - managing the data bank of clientele, interfacing with the official bank(s), insurance company, etc.
•     Managing the clientele of the community. The operations manager is expected to ensure that he/she gets feedback from the client after every job has been carried out.
•     Following up on payment for job orders from customers/clients.
•     Stimulating demand for job orders by establishing new business contacts and retaining same.

Qualifications

•     A graduate of a tertiary institution i.e. University, Polytechnic (OND or HND) or College of Education.
•     He/she should have a working experience of not less than 6 months with a Non-Profit Organization or Non-Governmental Organization or a Social Impact Cause or Community Service; involving people management and interfacing with people.
