Sales Representative at Verifi

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare and sort software tools, camera setup and scanner for the purpose of data entry
• Establish entry priorities by maintaining understanding of what data needs to be entered first
• Enter candidates data into prescribed database software
• Make sure that accurate data has been entered into the database
• Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, changing or deleting entered information
• Secure entered information by creating data backups on a periodic basis
• Confer with supervisor regarding incomplete information
• Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately
• Create and maintain logbooks of entered and changed data
• Check source documents against entered data to ensure data integrity at every stage
• Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the database system

• You must be enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn
• Previous experience in data capturing is not essential as full training will be given,but office/retail/sales experience would be useful

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Candidate must be fluent in English.
• Candidate must be a Computer literate who is able to handle basic Microsoft packages
• Candidates must also have an excellent sense of priorities
• Candidate must be able to work with little or no supervision
• Candidate must be available to work weekends and public holidays
