QUALIFICATIONS
• B.Sc in Estate Management with a minimum of 8 years cognate experience
• Must have an overall grasp of Valuation, Agency, and Facility Management.
• Must be able to supervise subordinates and provide positive leadership
• ANIVS registration
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be willing to grow into Partnership position
