IT Project Manager at BrandWorx

Job purpose
The Support Manager role is for a vibrant, dynamic individual interested in gaining expertise in the areas of project management, process mapping and post implementation client support 
The position will operate from the BrandWorx Nigeria Hub office in Lagos but will involve the supervision of system technicians operating across different cities in Nigeria

Duties and responsibilities
Support manager for the Company’s fleet tracking system across Nigeria
This entails coordinating the set – up, implementation and management of the system solution (end – to – end) for all Clients in Nigeria

• This is further broken down into the following responsibilities:
• Be the touch point for the client to log any requirements/faults
• Proactive system management
• Management of offline units
• Daily assignment of jobs to technicians across Nigeria
• Manage client relationships and expectations

An ideal candidate may also be required to work on multiple briefs/projects at a time as predefined by project requirement

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to aid troubleshooting and analyzing client requirements
• Ability to work with a variety of people with varying skill levels and at times under pressure
• Ability to be self-motivating and to keep track of all aspects of project work
• Understanding and working knowledge of IT operating Systems and networking
• If only possessing basic knowledge, the ideal candidate should be adaptive and eager to learn new processes
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit is at the core of our business. A quick thinker who is smart on his/her feet and able to make smart key decisions on the go are considered strong features in an ideal candidate
• Detail oriented, self-directed, able to manage multiple projects in a fast–paced environment and under tight deadlines
• Good Working knowledge of MS Excel is strongly required
• A degree in an IT related field is an added plus but is not essential
