Main Responsibilities

• Preparation of bids and tenders and acceptability of bids against predetermined criteria, in compliance with company policies, and procedures,
• Interfacing with Client Contracts Department to ensure quality suppliers are awarded contracts.
• Inter-relate with the various the various BLOCK operations departments, to prepare short, medium and long term material and equipment requirement forecasts, in order to provide a proactive supply service.
• Establish a working relationship with Buyers and Material Warehouse in Procurement Department, to ensure timely availability of materials, parts and equipment, to avoid operations downtime and thereby enhance production of hydrocarbons.

Requirements

• A university Degree is required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is imperative (Portuguese is a plus but not required).
