    HSE Trainer Coach Assessor


    The Trainer-Coach-Assessor delivers training modules and assesses participant performance against the learning objectives through examination and observation of task execution. They assist with resource management and program content development. The TCA directly trains the TC on training and practical exercise techniques for effective knowledge and skills transfer.
    The Trainer-Coach-Assessor will devise, develop, acquire & deliver the training modules and manage the various resources required to meet the stated objectives of the training program and is the prime focal point for all HES matters.
    A technical professional with a minimum of 5 years with an Oil & Gas multi-national operator or service company as a responsible HES officer (engineer or supervisor level) and a minimum of 5 years active HES training experience up to Engineering Level.

    The HSE Trainer will have the following attributes, training and qualifications:
    Motivated trainer dedicated to developing trainee talent: knowledge, skill and personal performance.
    Articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal and man-management skills.
    Champion of developing and sustaining a HES Culture, Mindset and Incident and Injury free facility.
    Fit and active sports person who clearly practices and demonstrates the attributes of a Healthy Lifestyle.
    Fully familiar with the current thinking on Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work and HES Terminology.
    Experienced with Working at Heights, Lifting Operations, Manual Handling, Confined Space Entry, Energy Isolation.
    Experienced with training in HAZMAT-COSHH, Fire Fighting, First Aid, and Water Safety.
    Preferably with an International Certificate or Diploma (i.e. NEBOSH, IOSH, BSC) and competence assessment (to Level A1/V1).
