The Account Director will be responsible for leading a number of key accounts and for building up the agency's services. This role will suit a highly motivated individual with strong drive and ambition. He/She will guide the execution of advertising and response marketing campaigns for clients.

Skills and Competencies:
?    Minimum of 10 years post graduate. solid advertising agency experience out of which a minimum of 3 years must
have been in a leading advertising agency.
?    A good university degree in Communication Arts or a related field from a reputable institution. A post graduate degree will be an added advantage.
?    Customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
?    Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills plus ability to thrive in team environments.
?    Creative and innovative approach to work with direct marketing skills.
?    Strong budgetary and project management skills with excellent attention to details.
?    APCON Certification.
