    Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

    Job Description:

    • Provide adequate support to interfacing units/departments.
    • Ensure efficiency in the running of the MD's office on a daily basis
    • Calendar Management: Schedule and prompt the MD of all appointments. Schedule and Manage the MD's attendance and communication.
    • Respond adequately to incoming emails, screen calls, enquiries and correspondence from and to the MD’s Office.
    • Preparing papers for meetings, taking action points and minutes of meetings. Attend and prepare agenda and minutes of meetings when required.
    • Ensure high level quality of Letters, reports, discussion outlines. All documentation must be apt and appropriate for use by the MD.
    • Provide adequate support to interfacing units/departments.
    • Organize travel for the MD, provide support with planning itineraries, air tickets, hotel accommodation, and other protocols – online check-in, etc.
    • Planning and organizing meetings and events in the office of the MD. Keep track of all travels ahead of time and raise weekly reminders
    • Manage and review filing and office systems. Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects and documents

    Skills/Qualification required:

    • Proven admin or personal assistant experience
    • Minimum of BSc/B.Ed
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
    • Female Candidate is preferred
