Senior HSE Adviser at Alpha Mead Facilities & Management Services (AMFacilities)

Summary of the Role

• This position will be responsible for providing professional advice on the management of safety and fire hazards in facility operations, project activities and offices activities in order to ensure that risks to staff, to contractor personnel, visitors and to facilities are minimised.
• The jobholder is responsible for all issues related to fire and safety and should be proactive and carry out the duties in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience within the Real Estate/Construction and Oil&Gas Industry.
• Must be a member of ISPON and must have a professional HSE certification (e.g. NEBOSH)
• Good knowledge of International Safety standards, e.g. OSHA and standard safety practice.
• Strong Knowledge on the use of English
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communications skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good interpersonal relationship management.
