Candidates must be members of the Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with at least 5 years post-qualification experience gained in a reputable firm. The suitable candidate will be expected to manage the vast properties of the group in many locations across the country. The successful candidate should have a demonstrable ability to compile and maintain suitable records of properties and to account for same in a professional manner.
