Sales Supervisor at Workforce Group

Location: (Island) Lagos

Job Summary

• The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for meeting all Sales KPIs within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the Company’s sales objectives.
• Executes all the sales strategies, plans, and promotions with the team.
• Shares market and competition information that helps in making overall sales and business decisions
• Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets and leads.
• Ensures that the team provides a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives journey plans
• Help to recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales KPIs
• Supervise and assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

Job Requirements
In this position, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, or any related field
• Minimum Two (2) years’ previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
• Experience in a beauty or FMCG company is preferred
• Demonstrated and proven sales results
• Focused on customer service
• Good verbal and written communication skills
