Retail Manager (Experienced) at Sundry Foods Limited

Job Description

• Achieve targeted sales and margins by ensuring product availability, product quality, service levels and cost controls
• Responsible for KPIs such as sales, margin, stock-turn and loss control.
• Manage and control inventory to ensure zero stock-outs, minimal wastages, minimize overstocks and control shrink and loss.
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. Solicit customer feedback, input and information. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all customers.
• Ensure full compliance with the Standard operating procedures (SOPs) within department.
• Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity
• Manage Department team.

Relevant Experience

• Must have 3-5 years’ experience in Modern Retail Stores preferably Grocery Retail
• Must be a degree holder
