HR Branding, also known as employer branding, is a term that involves the shaping and promoting of an organization’s image. The goal is to position the organization as an employer of choice. The concept of HR branding is categorized into two main spheres: staff branding and employer/company branding. Staff banding is done to promote the staff of the organization in a positive image, making it attractive to other job seekers. On the other hand, employer branding is also done to promote the organization as a great employer, also attracting amazing talents into the company.
