    Real Estate Marketing Executive

    Job Brief

    • We are seeking to hire a self-aware Luxury Real Estate Marketing Specialist to manage the marketing efforts of our team,to improve our online presence in search results as well as improve our conversion rates.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advances the community and customer experience through online and traditional marketing
    • Streamlines company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
    • Responsible for the effective and professional handling of all customer interactions via outgoing
    • Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy
    • Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities
    • Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads
    • Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates
    • Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects
    • sales call to offer products at regular and special prices to increase sales volume
    • Develops, implements, and tracks marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
    • Involves expanding the channel partner base and coordinating with them regularly for sales.
    • Markets presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
    • Updates knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles

    Job Requirements / Qualifications

    • Associate’s or bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
    • More than 2 years experience in Marketing
    • Strong knowledge of the real estate and housing market
    • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude

    Skills Needed for this Role

    • The Real Estate Marketing Specialist must have self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure. He/She must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

    Kitchen Steward

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a hard-working steward to be responsible for ensuring all sanitation standards are met. The Steward will attend to customer needs, assist wait staff, ensure all stations are well stocked, and assist in keeping all areas clean and sanitary.
    • You will clean and put away dishes, clean floors and food preparation areas, refill supplies, wipe tables, and take out the trash.
    • To be successful as a steward, you should be committed to working hard, and have the physical stamina to be on your feet and moving for the duration of your shifts. You should be friendly and helpful to customers and have strong team working skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Cleaning and setting tables and placing seasonal decorations, candles, and table cloths.
    • Welcoming customers, seating them, serving them water or refilling their glasses, and delivering beverages from the bartender.
    • Keeping menus clean and presenting them to customers.
    • Stocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments, and assisting the wait staff with all aspects of service.
    • Clearing tables and preparing them for the next customers.
    • Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks.
    • Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses, washing dirty dishes, and putting them away.
    • Assisting with sweeping, mopping, and polishing the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment.
    • Transporting used linen to or from the laundry or housekeeping section.
    • Assisting with unloading and storing stock.

    Requirements

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Must meet the age limit for serving alcoholic beverages.
    • A friendly, polite, and courteous nature.
    • Strong customer service and team working skills.
    • Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet.
    • The flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
