    Business Developer/Sales Representative

    Job Summary:

    Join our innovative IT startup company collaborating with a real estate company as a Business Developer/Sales Representative. You will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and fostering strategic partnerships within the real estate sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate industry, including real estate developers, agents, brokers, property management companies, and related businesses
    • Research and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop targeted sales strategies and approaches
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target client organizations
    • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our IT solutions and services
    • Develop and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of each client
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team and management
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and success
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the IT or real estate industries
    • Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

    Preferred:

    • Experience working with real estate & IT companies or industry
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry
    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
