    Sales Executive

    Job Details

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers
    • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
    • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
    • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
    • Attend networking events to build contacts and generate leads
    • Negotiate with clients to secure a successful deal
    • Maintain and update listings of available properties
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business
