    Marketing and Sales Manager

    Job Role:

    As the Marketing and Sales Manager at Greyoaks Realty Limited, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, generating leads, and managing the sales process to maximize sales opportunities.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote properties and services, attract potential buyers or tenants, and generate leads.
    • Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and direct mail, to reach target audiences effectively.
    • Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and online content, to showcase properties and highlight their unique selling points.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and initiatives, aligning marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including lead qualification, follow-up, negotiation, and contract execution.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation.
    • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales results, marketing ROI, and customer satisfaction, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to continually improve marketing and sales strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
    • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing and sales data to inform decision-making.
    • Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and industry practices.
