    Enterprise Sales Manager

    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

    • The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of our business technology solutions to organizations.
    • This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, building, and nurturing client relationships, and ultimately achieving revenue targets.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
    • Professional certifications in sales or business management
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong understanding of business technology solutions and their applications in various industries

    Project Officer

    Responsibility

    • The Project Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the successful implementation of projects related to technology solutions and business process outsourcing services.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage end-to-end project implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.
    • Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, understand their business needs, and define project objectives and success criteria.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
    • Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, both internally and with clients, to review project status, identify risks and issues, and propose appropriate solutions or mitigation strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT Application, Solution Delivery,
    • Compliance and Sales team, to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
    • Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, making necessary adjustments to maintain profitability and efficiency.
    • Conduct comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirement gathering, status reports, change requests, and other relevant project-related documents.
    • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas of improvement and best practices for future projects.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation stages.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the Zoho, Hudo cc, and Zendesk ecosystems, as well as business process outsourcing practices.
    • Perform other related duties that may be required.
