    Data Analyst

    Purpose of the Job

    • This role is for an experienced Data Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing, visualizing, and delivering data-driven insights using tools like Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and others.
    • The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, develop interactive dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to support data-informed decision-making.
    • The candidate's expertise in data visualization and MIS will contribute to the organization's success in leveraging data for strategic initiatives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into interactive and insightful dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate data workflows and ensure seamless data flow between different systems.
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality in all dashboards and reports through thorough data validation and data cleansing techniques.
    • Design and develop data models and data schemas to support efficient data analysis and reporting processes.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives.
    • Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for smooth and timely data integration into reporting platforms.
    • Monitor the performance and availability of all data dashboards, striving for 100% uptime and quick issue resolution.
    • Lead efforts to achieve self-reporting capabilities for end-users, enabling them to access relevant data insights independently.
    • Participate in data governance initiatives, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with data policies and regulations

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Post Graduate Degree (MBA, M.Sc., etc.) an added advantage
    • 5 years of work experience.
    • Certifications will be an added advantage

    Work Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, with hands-on experience using Google Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and data validation.
    • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.
    • Excellent data visualization skills with a track record of creating insightful dashboards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
    • Experience in MIS development, data management, and knowledge of statistics is an advantage

    Telecom Retail Engineer Graduate Trainee

    Main Responsibilities

    • Completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor and offering assistance wherever possible.
    • Observing existing strategies and techniques and providing suggestions for improvement.
    • Conducting research and collating data as needed.
    • Submitting to all forms of evaluation during the traineeship.
    • Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

    • Academic: Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Professional certifications: CCNA, Linux Fundamentals, Python.

    Work Experience:

    • Knowledge of Linux and Python programming.

    Telecom Retail Technical Centre Engineer

    Main Responsibilities

    • Provide first level off-site technical support for all ipNX services, including Internet service, Voice, Connected Home, and Office.
    • Ensure a high level of excellent customer service and support to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Manage the service request life-cycle, including receiving, logging, and taking ownership of general service requests and progressing to resolution.
    • Receive, log, and take ownership of all faults and respond to Operations & Maintenance Lead Retail TAC Engineer to provide timely, complete, and accurate resolution to customer inquiries via email, phone, or web calls.
    • Monitor and escalate issues based on SLAs, coordinating with other teams as necessary to resolve customer issues within contracted SLAs.
    • Proactively monitor all ipNX-owned and installed network elements in corporate customers' premises.
    • Ensure initial call assessment, resolution (if possible), or escalate to the appropriate technical group.
    • Identify, document, and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
    • Ensure daily updates of all complaints not closed (open tickets) by following up with persons, units, and organizations responsible.
    • Produce periodic error-free service reports to inform management and external clients of service levels achieved and areas requiring service improvement.
    • Prepare daily incidence summary reports.
    • Prepare monthly availability reports for customers.
    • Generate outage, fault, and utilization reports, as well as cause analysis and reason for outage reports.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • B.Sc / B.Eng in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Electronics Engineering (minimum of 2.2 / Upper Credit).
    • CCNA and CCNP certifications (Desired).
    • Strong telecommunications and IP design skills, with in-depth knowledge of IP Networks.
    • Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Work Experience:

    • Hands-on experience with IP Routing, UTM, VPN, and Home-Networking is a must.
    • Knowledge and experience with network security are desirable.
    • The candidate must possess excellent customer interface, analytical, and presentation skills.

    Telecom Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit a minimum of 30 subscribers or more every month.
    • Negotiate terms of an agreement to a satisfactory level and close sales with minimal supervision.
    • Maintain and grow a prospect list, submitting a daily pipeline report with 10 unique prospects every day.
    • Carry out route mapping to identify potential and existing customers within a given territory.
    • Cold call potential customers to establish contact.
    • Act effectively as a brand ambassador and be the first point of contact for potential customers.
    • Submit all sales reports weekly.
    • Maintain a good working relationship with the Team Lead and other Sales Representatives.
    • Be polite at all times to customers and report any customer feedback during weekly meetings.
    • Be willing to work at least 3 weekends every month.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
    • At least 2 years of experience within the telecoms or related space, with knowledge of the retail market, competitor behavior and strategy, including related product dynamics and product management.
    • Understanding of communications networks, experience in a B2B and B2C sales environment, with a consistent track record of achieving product effectiveness and customer experience targets.
    • High level of analytical thinking, ability to gather and analyze information, and provide insight into market trends and customer behavior.
    • Strong organizational skills, multitasking, efficiency, and priority setting.
    • Competence in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Exemplary communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization to favorably project ipNX products and services.
    • Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities and leadership.

    Telecom Field Support Technician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identifies the root cause of customer issues and advises on the best course of action to resolve them.
    • Identifies the resources needed to solve the issue and estimates the effort required.
    • Collaborates with other internal functions to ensure the availability of resources required to resolve the issue, keeping the customer informed of intervention efforts and relevant timelines.
    • Implements technical solutions at customer sites while ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.
    • Implements technical solutions at Point of Presence (POP) sites in compliance with approved policies, procedures, and work standards.
    • Implements proactive maintenance and sets up system monitoring to reduce equipment failure and incident response time.
    • Maintains engineering equipment.
    • Diagnoses network and device problems and implements technical or procedural solutions.
    • Performs Quality Control on structured cabling and related projects on all sites and other ipNX facilities.
    • Performs inventory of equipment and consumables required on all sites, ensuring availability and repair/return of the same.
    • Maintains accurate records of the condition of systems and equipment in all buildings and inspections.
    • Prepares regular reports on all POPs' conditions, inspections, and work orders as necessary.

    Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Technical discipline.
    • 3 years of relevant experience in the IT/Telecommunications field.
