    Business Manager

    Job Description
    As a Business Manager, you shall be responsible for the following functions and more:

    • Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
    • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
    • Develop creative and effective sales and marketing tactics that translate to sales and profit for the business.
    • Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, materials, funds, equipment, etc.)
    • Inspire and motivate the team to succeed.
    • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity while effectively utilizing the company’s resources.
    • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

    • Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role.
    • Demonstrated ability in (B2B) & (B2C) sales.
    • Ability to write business plans, business proposals, etc.
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
    • Business forecast technique.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Excellent knowledge and usage of MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
    • Familiarity with the Fashion Design Industry.
    • Ability to market luxury.
    • Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
    • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
    • Possesses strong business acumen.

    Job Description

    • Harness various resources to curate content that will stir engagement for the brand.
    • Using social media marketing tools to creatively tell the brand story, communicate the brand services, products, and offers, maintain the company’s brand image, and form strong connections with followers.
    • Creation of plans and strategies that align with the business goals and yield positive results for the brand (visibility, lead generation, etc.)

    Job Description
    As an Accountant, you shall be responsible for the following functions and more:

    • Manage all accounting transactions
    • Handle invoicing and receipts
    • Prepare budget forecasts
    • Publish financial statements on time
    • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    • Prepare and manage payroll
    • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
    • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
