    Senior Sous Chef

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare delicious and tasty meals that supersede customers’ expectation and satisfaction.
    • Provide meals at competitive prices and at reduced cost while eliminating shrinkage and at minimal wastage.
    • Ensure that a high standard of (personal and professional) hygiene is maintained in the kitchen/production area before, during, and after the production process.
    • Assist to achieve departmental budgeted sales and profit targets.
    • Prepare all hot dishes according to recipes,safety guidelines and standards set by the executive chef
    • Perform other duties as assigned by chef in charge and executive chef

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-10 years experience.
