    RF Engineer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Support LTE/5G Optimization efforts for various projects
    • Collect and analyze customer requirements
    • Acquire network data and information
    • Perform RF optimization and system performance engineering for LTE/5G networks
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service
    • Configure systems and add new equipment to networks; turn on, integrate, and optimize new cell sites
    • Collaborate with all levels of management and other groups
    • Perform design and performance activities in customer projects
    • Conduct network and/or node reviews/audits
    • Analyze the performance of network elements and determine if software or hardware changes are needed
    • Implement recommendations for network optimization improvements
    • Undertake network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasks
