    Relationship Executive, Membership and Partnership

    Job Overview

    • Our client is seeking a motivated relationship executive/manager, also known as a memberships and partnerships officer with a focus on sponsorship expertise.
    • This role involves cultivating and managing relationships with existing members, attracting new partners, and overseeing sponsorship initiatives to drive their mission forward.

    Key Responsibilities
    Membership Engagement:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the organization's current members.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance the value proposition for existing members.
    • Coordinate membership events and activities to foster a sense of community.

    Partnership Development:

    • Research and identify potential partners aligned with the organization's goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new partnerships.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

    Sponsorship Management:

    • Drive sponsorship initiatives to support the organization's programs and projects.
    • Develop sponsorship proposals and presentations for potential partners.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of sponsorship commitments.

    Communication:

    • Communicate the organization's mission and impact effectively to potential partners.
    • Collaborate with the communications team to highlight sponsorship successes.

    Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of memberships and partnerships.
    • Generate regular reports on sponsorship activities and outcomes.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in membership management and partnership development.
    • Demonstrated success in securing sponsorships for events or initiatives.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
