Project Manager at Terra Developers

Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Project Manager located on-site in Lagos.
• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, including managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring project completion within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, and be accountable for building strong relationships while ensuring project delivery is executed to high standards and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of construction project management experience or Quantity Surveyor experience, preferably in high-end residential and commercial construction.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and within budget
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to different audiences
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards, and construction documentation
• Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Certification in Project Management is an advantage
