    Professional Baker

    Job Description

    • Decorate cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings
    • Bake different bread types of bread and pastries.
    • Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes and pies
    • Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
    • Track food supplies and ensure that food recipes are ordered as needed
    • Carry out other assignments as required in the bakery section

    Requirements

    • Experience as a Baker, pastry chef or similar role
    • Understanding of food safety practices
    • Experience in cake decoration.
