    Product Marketing Manager

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
    • As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for the Pharmarun brand, products and services.
    • You will collaborate with a talented cross-functional team to drive product awareness,engagement, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape in the pharmaceutical supply chain sector.
    • Product Positioning: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
    • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates.
    • Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling marketing materials, including presentations, collateral, and digital content.
    • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and success.
    • Customer Insights: Gather and leverage customer insights to enhance product features and user experience.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Proven experience in product marketing and community penetration.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions using Google analytics, metabase, Trello, Meta amongst others.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
