Job Description

• Managing processes and activities for maintaining all plant machinery, equipment and other physical assets to ensure safe, continual and efficient operations
• Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
• Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Removing old equipment and installing new machines.
• Providing technical support and training on new equipment.
• Ensuring adherence to all safety and performance regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• Minimum of 3 years industry experience as Plant Maintenance Engineer
• Ability to read system schematics.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Ability to work with heavy equipment.
