    Market Officers

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Market Officer to join our Sales team. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our presence within the retail market in your designated geographical area. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to extend our inventory financing solutions to retailers in your market segment. Additionally, you will be tasked with driving business growth, fostering relationships with existing accounts to boost revenue, and ensuring the efficiency and reliability of market operations. As a Market Officer at Hadi, you will contribute to our mission of empowering informal retailers with access to inventory financing, ultimately facilitating business growth and fostering liquidity within the market, thereby enabling businesses to thrive and expand.

    About HADI:

    Hadi was established in 2022 with the aim of offering retail distribution services tailored for the informal market. Additionally, we specialize in providing inventory financing solutions to support the growth of informal retailers. Our mission also involves facilitating connections between retailers and distributors/suppliers, ultimately enabling businesses to achieve substantial monthly growth of up to 40% by addressing liquidity challenges. 

    Responsibilities:

    As a Market Officer, your primary focus will be onboarding retailers in your market. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Identifying potential retailers within your designated geographical area and assessing their suitability for our inventory financing solutions.
    • Onboard new retailers, including conducting outreach activities and organizing promotional events.
    • Building strong relationships with retailers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our inventory financing services.
    • Guiding retailers through the onboarding process,explaining terms and conditions, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
    • Providing ongoing support and assistance to onboarded retailers to maximize their utilization of our inventory financing solutions and drive business growth.
    • Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for onboarding retailers and enhancing our offerings.
    • Contributing to the overall success and growth of the company by achieving targets related to retailer onboarding and business expansion.

    Location: Abuja ( Kubwa, Duste, Karimo, Dei Dei, Saburi, Gwa Gwa, Jiwa Jiwa,Bwari ,Ushafa , Arab road)

    Requirement:

    •  A minimum of National Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields.
    • Good Knowledge of the informal market and can drive awareness. 
    •  2 Years of experience in sales of financial products (B2B), FMCGs, FINTECHs and Lending. 
    •  Effective communicator with great attention to details.
    •  Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
