Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including recommendation, training, scheduling cooks, and performing quality on food leaving the kitchen and ordering inventory to keep up with demand and performance reviews.
• Ensure all kitchen staff are properly trained and are following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 3-8 years experience.
