    Junior Chef

    Description

    • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team as well as independently
    • Ability to stand for long hours
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Monitor the implementation of standards set for food and practices to ensure food safety
    • Investigate product non-conformance to avoid repetitive incidents
    • Ensure grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen area

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess at least an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
