    HR Executive, People & Culture

    Role Purpose:

    • Lead the execution of the tactical people and culture strategy in an operating company in collaboration with the relevant Vice President: Human Resources.
    • Support the execution of the people and culture strategy and monitoring programmes that will improve productivity and inculcate a performance culture throughout the operating company, whilst keeping employees engaged and motivated.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of services.
    • Implement the people and culture strategy and plans within an operating company, focusing on areas such as leadership capability, workforce performance (Focus Me), employee engagement, and talent management.
    • Design and monitor programmes that will improve productivity and inculcate a performance culture throughout Imperial, whilst keeping employees engaged and motivated.
    • Deploy the people and culture agenda in the operating company based on a detailed understanding of operating company activities including:
    • Workforce Planning (Annual Recruitment Plan)
    • Succession Planning (Talent Reviews)
    • Monitor Trends based on queries (Advise Centres of Excellence on the Diagnostics)
    • Drive Engagement (Review Plans)
    • Line Management Empowerment (Policy Workshops etc.)
    • Co-create interventions and solutions for the operating company in liaison with HR CoE
    • Project Manage strategic HR interventions such as change management.
    • Interpret HR data and provide analysis that is relevant and meaningful to the operating company i.e. reporting on key people metrics, planning, developing and executing suitable solutions to address relevant insights /challenges.

    Qualifications Required

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Master’s degree (Added advantage), Up to 12 years of HR Generalist experience in a similar environment or multiple/ diverse industries with at least 5 years business leadership / specialist experience
    • Professional Accreditations: Affiliated to Certified HR Professional Institutions such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI and all other relevant HR qualifications
    • Type of Experience: Proficient human resource consulting knowledge and / or competence. Proficient human resource development knowledge and / or competence. Proficient legislation and regulations knowledge and / or competence
