    Hotel Marketer

    Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Hotel Marketing Specialist. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our hotel and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong marketing skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through innovative campaigns.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to attract guests and increase occupancy rates.
    • Implement digital marketing strategies including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising to target potential guests.
    • Create engaging content for the hotel’s website, and social media channels to showcase amenities, events, and promotions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional packages and incentives for corporate clients and group bookings.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors such as advertising agencies to produce marketing materials.
    • Coordinate marketing efforts with other departments such as revenue management, operations, and food & beverage to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Track marketing metrics and ROI to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to continually innovate and improve marketing efforts.
    • Assist in organizing and executing special events, promotional activities, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on marketing initiatives, performance, and future plans.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in hotel marketing or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
    • Knowledge of hotel management systems and booking platforms is a plus.
    • Enthusiastic team player with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
