Responsible for ensuring that sales target is meant and sales policy are complied to in the most efficient manner.

Position Available:
50 Persons(Male/Female, Age 25-35)

Main Accountabilities
o    Manage school relationships(books supplies, seminar speaking dates and payment of debt on due date)
o    Collate reports of activity (Daily and weekly report)
o    Manage sales activity in given location and reach the minimum monthly sales target (4,000 copies per month)
o    Ensure adequate stock level for books in your location
o    Manage cash/debt collection for books sold and make bank deposit
o    Ensure adequate arrangement  for author to speak in selected school location
o    Work with supervisor in all aspect of planning and distribution of the book.
o    Plan and implement marketing and sales plans as agreed upon
o    Book sales promoter, seminar coordinating and speaking at schools

Relevant Skills
o    Good Computer skills(Excel, Power point, word and operating system )
o    Good interpersonal skills (Passion for speaking and writing also)

Required Education Qualification
Msc in HR, MBA, B.Education, Degree in any social sciences course, Diploma in any social sciences courses (Ready to Learn)

Average working week
Monday to Friday would be spent on the road to make speaking meeting with schools, supply books to school, collect cash, collate information and send reports to supervisor. There can be high demand for weekend Shows, seminars, conference and team appraisal.

Salary
N 130,000 + N5 on every sales per book made by school trainer (Note: Payment of salary would be made on porata if sales target is not reached)
