Area: Process Management (control sytems and instrumentation)
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for after sales support of Industrial products/Consumer Durables with P&L responsibility for a region.
• Managing a team of 10 to 12 persons, the role requires people management skills and leadership qualities to formulate business strategy to transform existing service business into an independent business unit with P&L responsibility.
• This person is required to ensure rapid growth of the business.

Qualification
The ideal candidate must have a good first degree in Instrumentation /Electronics and be familiar with business systems like Oracle/SAP for management of orders, processes monitoring and control. Six Sigma Certification is an added advantage.

Skills Required

•     The candidate must be technically and commercially competent; must have expertise in handling operations above $20 million.
•     Must be familiar with latest ISO and Health & Safety standards in the process management industry.
•     Must have an excellent knowledge of process and standards in process automation.
•     Experience in handling large projects and extensive experience in managing factory / workshop operations, processes and procedures is a pre-requisite for this role. Should be able to plan site visits as per agreed SLAs and in line with revenue plan.
•     Must show evidence of building, developing and sustaining customer relationships with effective customer management.
•     Must show evidence of managing contracts for large multiyear service orders.

Ref. PCD/OSE
Area: Pressure Control
Location: Rivers/Nigeria

Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for all pressure testing at well site; is responsible for installation, repair and troubleshooting surface wellhead systems.

Qualification
This person must have a strong mechanical aptitude, have at least three years mechanical, electronic and hydraulic related experience in an oilfield equipment environment.

Skills Required

• Must be knowledgeable and have hands on experience in wellhead installation, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Valid drivers license.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills and problem solving skills related to the oil and gas environment.

Ref. PMD/PROP
Area: Marketing & Sales
Level: Beginner
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for project sales and execution in process management division.

Qualification
The ideal candidate should possess a Minimum of a good bachelor's degree or HND in Electronics/instrumentation and at least 10 years post qualification experience in project sales /execution with control systems and instrumentation.

Skills Required
Commercial skills A project manager with sales flair will be preferred Conversant with Emerson or other relevant control and instrumentation systems and instrumentation project execution and sales Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
