    Store Manager

    Job Description

    • A Store Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
    • Their duties include motivating sales teams with great customer service as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitivemarketplace.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
    • Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
    • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.).
    • Be a shining example of good behaviour and high performance

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • A Front Desk Representative is a professional who is the first point of contact for all customers of a business.
    • They greet customers, answer phones, receive and deliver mail, and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
    • Greet and welcome guests.
    • Answer questions and address complaints.
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
    • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence.
    • Check, sort and forward emails.
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
    • Keep updated records and files.
    • Monitor office expenses and costs.
    • Take up other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc, HND or OND is required; additional qualifications will be a plus.
    • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
    • Familiarity with office machines.
    • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
    • Proficient in English (oral and written).
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
    • Strong communication and people skills.
    • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Customer service orientation.
