    Secretary

    Job Description 

    • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
    • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
    • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
    • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
    • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Document expenses and hand in reports
    • Undertake occasional receptionist duties
    • Only Female candidate will be considerd.

    Procurement Officer

    Description

    • Sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services required for construction projects.
    • Manage purchase orders, ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
    • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring their capability to meet project requirements.
    • Ensure that procured products and materials for site meet required quality standards and specifications.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 6 years work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Procurement Officer in a construction or related industry.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and make informed procurement decisions.
