    Aftersales Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to drive the sales of annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), rental services, and other aftersales offerings for our diverse product lines including generators, elevators, electrical and mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling maintenance services, strong market networks, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from maintenance contracts, rentals, and other aftersales services across our product portfolios and conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and tailor value propositions accordingly to position our offerings competitively.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements for long-term maintenance contracts with new and existing clients and collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of contracted maintenance services.
    • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives focused on aftersales and maintenance contract sales and set and achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales performance, pipeline activities, and market trends.

    Requirements:

    • HND/BSC in Any related field.
    • 8-15 years of overall sales experience, with at least 4 recent years dedicated to selling maintenance contracts and aftersales services.
    • Proven success in selling maintenance services, preferably in industries such as power solutions, industrial products/equipment, technical products, construction, etc.
    • Ability to understand technical products/services and convey value propositions effectively.
    • Preferably an engineering qualification or technical background, though not compulsory.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
