    Sales Officer (Sanitary Fitting)

    Responsibilities:

    • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

    Account Officer

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
    • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and posted correctly to the general ledger.
    • Reconciled bank statements, vendor statements, and customer accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances.
    • Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy of billing information and adherence to billing schedules.
    • Follow up on overdue accounts and facilitate collections as necessary.
    • Review and verify employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Process expense reimbursements and maintain accurate records of expenses.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and variance reports.
    • Provide support for financial audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
    • Ensure proper filing and storage of financial documents following record-keeping policies.
    • Monitor cash flow and cash balances, preparing cash forecasts and managing cash disbursements.

    Job Qualifications:

    Storekeeper

    Position Overview:

    • We are currently seeking an experienced Storekeeper with expertise in kitchen & Bathroom Solutions, Pipe fittings, Waterproofing, and Flooring solutions to join our team.
    • The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring the timely availability of products to meet customer demands.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts, receipts, and withdrawals.
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for timely order fulfillment.
    • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products against purchase orders.
    • Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper handling and storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, picking products from inventory and preparing them for shipment or delivery.
    • Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of orders.
    • Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Conduct regular quality inspections of incoming products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the appropriate departments for resolution.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including proper labeling, shelving, and storage of products.
    • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and adjustments.
    • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment activities as needed.
    • Provide support and assistance to customers and internal stakeholders regarding product inquiries, order status, and inventory availability.
    • Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.

    Job Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse management, preferably in the bathroom and kitchen solutions industry.

    Packing Operator

    Job Description

    • Familiarity with GMP & GHP Standards.
    • Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
    • Should run the packing machine in minimum packaging material loss as per industrial norms.
    • Should achieve maximum output.
    • Keep complete records of all materials that go thru the warehouse.
    • Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools.
    • Should have a knowledge of Multi track packaging machine.
    • Should rectify the problem of packaging machines.
    • Completing all relevant documentation on the packing and maintenance of the packaging machines.

    Requirements.

    • OND/ HND in any related field
    • 3 years of experience working as a Packing Operator
    • ⁠A clear understanding of basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
    • ⁠Skillful in stock management and storage processes.
    • ⁠A clear understanding of health and safety standards and protocols.
    • ⁠Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • ⁠Willingness to work in shifts.
    • ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills.
