    Assistant Research Manager

    What will I be doing?

    • Overall management of selected client accounts.
    • Oversees all team projects, research disciplines, meeting objectives, adherence to quality standards, value add / insights, meeting of deadlines and budgets.
    • Supports the Service Line Manager and Service Line Lead in managing the research team – RA, RE, SRE levels.
    • Liaises with relevant specialist teams on behalf of team.
    • Has core solutions knowledge.
    • Report writing and presenting to clients.
    • Proposal writing and presenting to clients.
    • Business development / retention and achieving sales targets.
    • Thought leadership and collaboration across all CX teams.
    • Liaises with support functions, project management and operations to ensure successful delivery of all projects.
    • Account planning and strategy

    What do I need to bring with me?

    • Relevant Degree / diploma in Marketing, Arts or Business is essential (an Honours degree would be an advantage)
    • Minimum 5-years’ experience as a Senior Researcher with Account Management experience (or equivalent) in a Market Research company
    • Minimum 5-years practical experience and understanding of the research process in order to coordinate a research project from start to finish

    Research Executive - Channel Performance

    What will I be doing? 

    • Oversees the entire research process from start to finish together with the Senior Research Executive
    • Timing, briefs (project and interviewer / moderator), moderating (in the qualitative team), desk research, screener design, questionnaire / discussion guide design, sampling, analysis plans, tab specs, data processing, report design / templates, data analysis and insights and presentations
    • Ensures research basics and disciplines are implemented and upheld, including logic checks, checklists, task instructions (TIMS), document standards and policies and procedures (P&P)
    • Responsible for overall quality control and all quality control documentation
    • Ensures the process runs according to deadlines and budget together with the Project Manager
    • Attempts initial value add / insights at each stage (development area)
    • Develops basic Solutions knowledge
    • Ensures integration of information from multiple sources where applicable and available
    • Conducts desk research to add value to all reports / presentations and assist the client in understanding the Nigerian market
    • Assists with research design for entire project / process on small pitches

    What do I need to bring with me? 

    • Professional / Tertiary: A degree / diploma in Marketing, Arts or Business is essential (an Honours degree would be an advantage)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Research Executive in a Market Research company. 
    • Minimum 2 years’ practical experience and understanding of the research process in order to coordinate a research project from start to finish
    • Understanding of basic methodologies and techniques to provide input into research design
    • Analytical skills / Training skills / Delegation skills
    • Excellent computing skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

    Senior Research Executive - Channel Performance

    What will I be doing? 

    • Responsible for all projects allocated to themselves and their team 
    • Brainstorms proposals with regards to research design, costs and timing 
    • Project Brief and Timing 
    • Sample Design 
    • Screener, Questionnaire / Discussion Guide Design and Testing 
    • Data Collection Brief 
    • Design Tables, Analysis Plan and Coding (Tabspec, Analysis Plan, Data Request, Report Design) 
    • Data Processing 
    • Report Writing and Presentations 
    • Team Development

    What do I need to bring with me?  

    • A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Arts or Business is essential (an honours degree would be an advantage) Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Research Executive in a Market Research company
    • Minimum 3 years’ practical experience and understanding of the research process in order to coordinate a research project from start to finish 
    • Understanding of basic methodologies and techniques to provide input into research design
    • Understanding of client issues and processes to enable input into client discussions, research design and analysis, brainstorming etc.
