    Relationship Officer

    Job Description

    • Our client is looking to hire an outgoing relationship officer.
    • You will assist to establish and maintain positive relationships with organizations across diverse sectors with the aim to foster and strengthen value exchange relationships for the growth of the NGO/foundations.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Meet with existing organization across diverse sectors to strengthen business relationships with a view to increase financial growth of the bank.
    • Aggressively market the Foundation using messaging and offline visitation to ensure favourable market response and optimum build-up of revenue.
    • Follow up organizations with and try to convince them to resume dealings with the foundation.
    • Implement programs laid out by the foundation to boost image of the brand.
    • Listen to client requirements and present appropriately and convert to values
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Business Manager.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
    • 3-5 years proven work experience as relationship officer pr client service executive
    • Must be an outgoing personality
    • Must be able to build report with top executives
    • Communicate effectively
    • Personal grooming/well presentable
    • Must be highly organized and paying attention to details
    • Good reporting skill
    • Must be digital savvy.

    Gross Salary

    • N90,000 monthly plus trainings and other welfare packages.

    Portfolio Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Portfolio Manager, you are to manage a portfolio of buildings in the Property Management department with the aim of providing high quality, effective & efficient services to our occupiers and report to the Head of Property management.

    Job Responsibilities

    • To oversee and manage a portfolio of properties (the allocation is subject to change from time to time) in order to fulfil the Landlord’s obligations under the Tenants leases, but more specifically:
    • Tenant liaison, property inspections, manage the site managers and be accountable for resolving day to day issues, working in conjunction with operational support teams.
    • Review existing leases and ensure we are complying with our obligations, as well as ensuring databases kept up to date and accurate.
    • Contribute to reviewing and amending relevant clauses within leases for new lettings.
    • Manage service charge budget process and reconciliation in conjunction with Property Management Accounts.
    • Liaise with Finance to ensure rent and service charge collection is on time, follow up where required with occupiers in conjunction with Finance and Asset Management.
    • Collaborate with the internal technical specialists on contract management, project works and tenant fit outs in conjunction with external consultants as necessary.
    • Assess and implement sustainability initiatives and Life Cycle Management plans for the portfolio.
    • Oversee and monitor the non-managed portfolio, building relationships with external managing agents, suppliers and key occupiers as required.
    • Work alongside the Development team to ensure new developments and refurbishments benefit from early input of property management discipline.
    • Keep employer abreast of changes in legislation or innovations and proactively look at improvements to the management and delivery system that can be recognised internally and externally as best in class

    Requirements

    • OND / BSc / MSc / MBA in Estate Management or any related programs
    • 3 -10 years proven experience in Portfolio management in either real estate, insurance, Health insurance, asset management etc., company.
    • Good sales and business development skill
    • Good communication and correspondence skill
    • Ability to build rapport, engage with mid and top-level executives
    • Must have a high negotiation power and ability
    • Must be a self-starter and pay attention to details
    • Must be digital savvy
    • Must be good with numbers
