    Resource Mobilization & Partnership Associate

    • The Resource Mobilization and Partnership Associate will be responsible for Fundraising, Partnerships and New Donors.
    • Identifying opportunities, strategies, and relevant partnerships which can be keyed in to drive revenue growth and improve the Foundation’s impact to the community we serve. 

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, providing insightful
    • recommendations to the management on the business plans and strategies that fit such identified trends
    • Implement a variety of market strategies in a bid to boost visibility and growth of the organization’s brand across all sectors
    • Build and Maintain positive and fruitful relationships with potential or acquired stakeholders and partners
    • Create compelling and clear business proposals which can be shared with potential partners
    • Develop Strategic plans to improve and streamline the process of partnership identification, acquisition and management
    • Devise strategic plans and events to improve the fundraising ability of the organization
    • Expertly execute fundraising campaigns across relevant channels to meet the organization’s fundraising goals and targets

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a relevant
    • field. Additional certifications in Fundraising, Sales and business development, Project Management (such as PMP), Customer / Donor management and retention or related areas would be an advantage.
    • At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and forging strong partnerships.
    • Proven ability to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and opportunities that align with the mission and goals of The IREDE Foundation and skilled in developing and implementing business development strategies to expand the organization's reach, impact, and sustainability.
    • Extensive experience in designing and executing successful fundraising campaigns and initiatives within the non-profit sector. Proficient in utilizing various fundraising channels,
    • including individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, grants, and online platforms, to generate revenue and support organizational objectives.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, supporters, and other key stakeholders.
    • Skilled in crafting compelling proposals, sponsorship packages, and fundraising appeals tailored to the interests and priorities of potential funders and partners.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans aligned with organizational priorities, growth objectives, and funding needs. Experienced in setting fundraising targets, timelines, and performance metrics to measure progress and ensure fundraising goals are met.

    Finance Associate

    ​​​​​​​Responsibilities:

    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with regulatory and organizational objectives.
    • Direct audits, report to Leadership Team and board, and enforce internal and external financial policies.
    • Ensure national and global financial compliance, swiftly meeting regulatory requirements.
    • Develop financial strategies for project planning and implementation, identifying risks and recommending cost-saving measures.
    • Stay updated on financial legislation, trends, and best
    • practices through relevant training and professional development.
    • Foster departmental collaboration to achieve financial goals.

    Qualifications:

    • B.Sc or M.Sc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; ICAN, ACA, or similar certifications are advantageous.
    • 5 years of finance experience with strong financial management skills.
    • Expertise in non-profit budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting.
    • Proven track record in aligning financial plans with organizational goals, efficient cash allocation, and resource optimization.
    • Experience in grant and donor fund management, proposal creation, financial reporting, and compliance.
    • Proficiency in financial report preparation, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance.
    • Skilled in financial management software for accurate data management and reporting.

    Snr. Programs Associate

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify local and international funding opportunities through research.
    • Craft top-notch grant submissions aligned with donor criteria and organizational goals.
    • Lead Programs team through design, development, planning, budgeting, and implementation in line with organizational policies.
    • Foster robust relationships with government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and contributors to fulfill program objectives.
    • Design and execute holistic program strategies to meet organizational priorities.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational vision.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
    • Extensive experience in grant writing, fundraising, and nonprofit program management leadership (5+ years).
    • Strong leadership and management skills, adept at project management and program execution.
    • Skilled in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable
