    Dispatcher

    Responsibilities

    • Co-ordination of fueling operations for vehicles under his supervision
    • Establishment of cordial working relationship with Fuel vendors to ensure continuity of operations.
    • Timely retirement of receipts used for fuel purchase.
    • Provision of professional support to drivers and coordinate fleet management operations
    • Provide timeline feedback to fleet management team and operational support to drivers.
    • Preparing reports to management on fueling activities (usage / consumption)
    • Collation and analyzing fleet information for areas under their purview.
    • Providing real time and timely feedback to enable fleet management to make decisions critical to sustaining fueling operations.
    • Understanding and coordination of bus routes
    • Follow up on vehicular maintenance, servicing, and repairs if necessary.
    • Inventory of vehicular travel time logbook
    • Providing technical support in the case of emergency breakdowns

    Requirements

    • O.N.D. in any field of study
    • Medium to advance competency in Microsoft suites, especially Excel spreadsheets.
    • Preferably some level of fleet management experience (minimum of 2 years).

    Manager at a Diary farm

    Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day operational management of the MCCs and ensuring collection targets are met for each MCC.
    • Manage the cold chain distribution network.
    • Manage sales and customer relationships for raw milk collected.
    • Manage relationship with the local co-operative bodies and the farmers.
    • Liaising with various statutory bodies, regulators and government organizations involved in the value chain.
    • Design and implement various capacity building activities and sustainability programmers for the farmers.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agriculture or a related discipline.
    • Strong understanding of the dairy industry, including knowledge of dairy farming practices,
    • milk production processes, milk collection and transportation systems.
    • Proficiency in supply chain management principles.
    • Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Knowledge of Hausa/Fulani language is essential.
