Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the Strategy, Planning and Motoring the Power Back-up product sale for Retail, Trade, B2B / Corporate Sales and After-Sales Support Service.
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Supervise and guide the sales team as well as motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and drive the performance of the sales team, also provide support activities like submission of invoices/proposals / payment collection / C-Form collection
• Assist in coordinating the niche business segment, providing customized solutions and growing clientele in government, corporate, industrial and rural market segments and creating a strong dealers/distributors network, deriving higher margins and ROI.
• Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure the SIMS Hub / store is clean, well-maintained and is adequately stocked with company products.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

Education and Work Experience

• Qualification to Degree level
• A higher Degree and professional qualification
• In-depth products and industry knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• 5-7 years cognate experience

Description 

• The selected candidate will be responsible for performing financial, operational, compliance, and special audits on the firm’s business to identify risks and controls that may have an impact on the integrity of reported financial information or the achievement of business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for documenting audit procedures following the department’s audit method
• Perform risk assessment of assigned department or functional area within required timeframe
• Responsible for establishing risk-based audit programs
• Collaborate with Audit Manager to determine the scope of review
• Carry out appraisal to determine the suitability of internal control designs
• Perform audit testing on specified areas to identify issues and report dimensions of risk
• Responsible for maintaining electronic work papers (using data analytics) and evidence to support findings and recommendations
• Responsible for communicating findings and suggestions to all levels of management
• Provide quality audit reports with succinct and practical suggestion which reflects the context in which the business operates
• Advance on the existing internal audit methods and programs to tackle all the key business risks.

Education and Work Experience

• Qualification to Degree level.
• A higher Degree and professional qualification in relevant field- Added advantage.
• 5 years cognate experience
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations.
