    Central Sterile Department Technician

    Job Description

    • We are seeking highly qualified individuals to fill the position of a Central Sterile Department Technician (CSDT), which will be tasked with standardizing and consolidating the processes used to ensure that the highest levels of sterility and cleanliness are being met for our patients.
    • Utilizing the latest techniques and applying breakthrough technologies, the candidate will provide unparalleled support to the hospital’s mission.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with preventive maintenance on all instruments and patient care equipment following established policies and procedures.
    • Perform appropriate cleaning, and distribution of medical supplies, sterilized equipment, and surgical instruments.
    • Provide excellent customer service, interfacing well with internal customers and suppliers, all levels of staff, and management
    • Transport soiled instruments, case carts, basins, respiratory items, and patient equipment from all patient care areas to the decontamination area for reprocessing.
    • Adequate storage of equipment and supplies for surgical cases using the case cart system.
    • Keep up to date with the hospital's evolving policies and procedures
    • Inspect, package, and sterilize instruments/equipment according to the right procedures
    • Assemble and set up patient equipment such as IV pumps, vacuum regulators (wall suction), chest pumps, and hyper/hypothermia unit, test and make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment when necessary.
    • Ensure that all required instruments for procedures are sterile and ready for utilization.
    • Actively participate in performance improvement activities as a member of a team to achieve set goals.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 1 year of Central Sterile Technician experience supporting complex surgical and clinical services in a hospital.
    • Previous surgical instrumentation/equipment decontamination and sterilization with familiarity with various instrument sterilization methods required.
    • Must possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills, initiative, and ability to take independent action, capable of establishing and maintaining outstanding working relation
    • Knowledge of basic and complex surgical instrumentation, disinfection principles, and sterilization techniques.
    • Proficient in using standard business software including email and common word processing applications.
    • Must be able to work with adaptability and flexibility, maintaining composure during stressful and/or adverse conditions.

    Radiologist

    Job Description

    • We are seeking highly qualified individuals to fill the position of a Radiologist who will perform a range of radiologic and ultrasound examinations on patients, ensuring the production of high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. The ideal candidate must hold a valid license and have in-depth knowledge of both radiography and ultrasound techniques.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal structures.
    • Maintain detailed patient information records, procedures performed, and imaging results, to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards.
    • Provide imaging interpretation for all imaging studies including X-ray, Mammography, CT, Ultrasound and MRI.
    • Position patients appropriately to obtain the best possible images while minimizing radiation exposure.
    • Perform ultrasound examinations to visualize and analyze soft tissues and organs, adjust ultrasound equipment settings to optimize image quality, and capture relevant information.
    • Provide detailed explanations of procedures to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns when necessary.
    • Follow the hospital’s safety protocols/guidelines to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
    • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely image interpretation.
    • Perform routine maintenance on radiologic and ultrasound equipment to ensure proper functionality, and report equipment malfunctions to coordinate repairs as necessary.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiography and ultrasound procedures are typically required.
    • In-depth knowledge of radiographic and ultrasound techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a healthcare team environment.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in interpreting and performing general radiology studies and procedures.

    Chef

    Job Description

    • We are seeking to fill the role of a highly qualified Chef who will be responsible for preparing dishes, coming up with new recipes, demonstrating excellent culinary skills, and ensuring that all duties are completed promptly, giving the most exceptional food service to every customer.

    Responsibilities

    • Operates in full accordance with company laws, regulations, and ordinances.
    • Plans menu and executes display cooking on a pre-established schedule, maintain records of food served, and have the ability to make meals upon request.
    • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, complete sanitation inspections, and develop reports for food and nutrition/dining services.
    • Prepares meals for patients/customers, including continental-style breakfast, hot lunch, and dinner choices from the menu selection.
    • Keep recipes, files, and quantity reports to these programs up-to-date.
    • Maintain and update food items, including food quality, presentation, variety, and safe temperatures.
    • Report damages to the food service area or Director/Manager to prevent further spoilage.
    • Adheres to all expectations outlined in the Infection Control Policies.
    • Provide quality foods prepared to be consistent with the industry standard.
    • Understand and prepare allergen-free meals and special dietary requirements.
    • Monitor appropriate temperatures/time control during the production of all items.
    • Conduct research into patient/customer likes and dislikes and make appropriate changes to menu offerings, utilizing customer’s suggestions.
    • Customize menus to patient/customer dietary needs to the extent possible and approved by the Manager or Director of the company.
    • Conduct quality improvement evaluation studies by providing patient/customer food satisfaction, questionnaires, and food service evaluation checklists.

    Requirements

    • Certification in Culinary Arts is also an added advantage.
    • Certification in basic food hygiene, health and safety training.
    • Minimum of 3 years of High-End Culinary Management and experience in a multinational environment.
    • Experience as a hospital chef is an added advantage.
    • Possesses strong customer service and leadership skills.
    • Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy laws.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to use common kitchen tools.
    • Neat and professional image, having a strong nutritional understanding, and adding value to existing recipes.
    • Sound knowledge of different cuisines as well as food health and safety regulations.
