    Full Time Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
    • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
    • Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
    • Monitoring customers’ drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
    • Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
    • Conducting health and wellness screenings.
    • Providing immunizations, and other medical services, such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
    • Keeping accurate customer records.
    • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
    • Performing other administrative tasks when needed.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
    • 1 - 2 years work experience.
    • Great organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven experience as a pharmacist.
    • Valid license to practice as a pharmacist.
    • Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.

    Production Supervisor

    Job Responsibilities

    • Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of our work, for our Team Members, guests, and products.

    • Receive ingredients and supplies from the dry ingredient, frozen ingredient and packaging storage areas as required for daily operations.
    • Understand all the ingredients and purpose of each used in manufacturing baked goods.
    • Weigh and scale ingredients, mix ingredients, deposit batters or dough, make up or mold dough or batters, proof yeast baked goods and bake using a full range of baking methods; check and test baked goods for a quality finish.
    • Finish and display baked products, and replenishes service lines as necessary. Complete production sheets and other records as required.
    • Direct Team Members by using work lists as well as understanding and performing all duties required. This includes directing, overseeing and evaluating all training of new and current Team Members.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be scheduled according to needs of business including but not limited to necessary required amount of weekends and holidays.
    • Be able to write department orders, monitor ordering, and supervise stocking and receiving with latest tools and technology/automated ordering systems.
    • Track and reduce out of stocks and participate in taking of physical inventories.
    • Utilize all available tools to help reduce and eliminate shrink.
    • Take an active role in building the store’s product assortment, throughout the year and at resets by cultivating strong working relationships with everyone.

    Job Requirements

    • 2-3 years in Bakery field and should possess related qualification in Hospitality or Culinary Certification in Pastry / Bakery.

    Account Officer

    Duties

    • Maintaining financial records.
    • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
    • Checking invoices.
    • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
    • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
    • Handling queries related to accounts.

    Requirements
