    Account Receivable Analyst

    Job Summary:

    The Company is seeking to hire an Account Receivable Analyst who will be responsible for the full implementation of credit policy for the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contact the customers for collecting the receivables on a daily basis.
    • Follow up with the sales representative on aging customer debt and evaluation of potential risk.
    • DSO calculation and reporting for receivables.
    • Daily collection statement; downloads and follow-ups on posting.
    • Company Collections Bank account reconciliation review.
    • Coding of all transactions.
    • Supporting the Order to Cash Process. Analysis of sales order releases in terms of debt balance, credit balance checks and days.
    • Support of Credit Limit review and analysis with Marketing and Supply Chain.
    • Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Cash inflow and outflow analysis. Monthly reporting of treasury reports.

    Requirements

    • Skills/Abilities
    • Knowledge and experience in managing DSO, conducting Aging analysis, and optimizing Cash flow.
    • Knowledge and ability to use various computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email systems
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task a must

    As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the business development, sourcing new leads, onboarding and managing B2B customer relationships and recruiting and managing the sales team in your assigned territory.

    The Company is seeking to hire an Inspection and Survey Officer, who will be responsible for managing risks via pre & post loss inspections and survey. Also, s/he will be involved in investigating potentially fraudulent claims and undertaking a range of loss adjusting activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and investigate complicated insurance claims to help prevent fraud.
    • Pre loss inspection/survey for new risks incepted.

    Corporate Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

    As the Corporate Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the financial health of the organization, mentoring and coaching direct reports to perform efficiently while diligently following the standard accounting processes of the organization and the regulations provided by the government, guiding management in making sound financial decisions through analysis and insights of the internal and external factors that could lead to the generation of ROI for the organization and the ability to work with and manage various departments and people.

    • Develop and effectively implement internal systems, business processes, SOPs, and organizational policies and procedures that ensure efficient and effective operations in finance.
    • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

    Requirements

    Skills and Attributes:

    • Demonstrated experience in corporate finance management, startup advisory services, SME advisory, financial modelling, valuation, capital raising, and principal investing.
    • Ability to use extensive financial information to support executive-level decision-making; developing, and using advanced/complex financial models, and making business recommendations from the analysis of corporate financial statements.
    • Great sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
    • Highly skilled in reviewing accounting process systems and able to identify control procedures, resource needs and interdependencies.
    • Great manager of people and can build collaboration between several teams to get the work done.
    • Proven track record of creating and implementing processes, the ability to influence adoption in the team and iterating processes based on learnings.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

    Education/Experience:

    • At least 2 years senior management level experience in a reputable organization with 6+ years’ experience as a Financial Manager.
    • Must have ACCA/ACA/CFA.
    • MBA/MSc in Finance.
    • Deep knowledge and use of relevant finance and data reporting tools/software.
    • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
    • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
    • Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Excel and other MS-word and G-suite tools
