    Job Description

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Facilities Manager who oversees various aspects of safety, talent management, risk mitigation, equipment maintenance, customer relations, environmental programs, financial planning, staffing, communication, and contractual compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Commitment to safety excellence, demonstrates behaviors that drive safety;
    • Assists the Facilities Director in talent succession planning;
    • Minimize commercial risk to the business;
    • Orders consumables, maintains and uses capital equipment efficiently;
    • Ensure customer focus within all areas of operational activities and maintenance of effective relationships with key client contacts;
    • Ensure that facility management staff consistently provides positive and prompt response to requests from the client and building tenants/occupants;
    • Lead and implement all environmental programs and initiatives as well as audits;

    • Experience managing an A-grade Commercial property.
    • COREN, IFMA certification

    • The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives.
    • Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manages the office of the CEO
    • Plans and manages the CEO’s itinerary and meetings.
    • Takes minutes of meetings and prepares reports as required.
    • Represents the CEO in some meetings
    • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEOs behalf.
    • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
    • Performing minor accounting duties.
    • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
    • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
