    AML Analyst

    As an AML Analyst, you will monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct Investigations: Conduct end-to-end investigations of unusual customer activity using a risk-based approach to identify, mitigate, and escalate risks related to suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, proliferating financing, or other concerns such as sanctions violations and corruption.
    • Transaction Monitoring: Conduct transaction monitoring to assess potential suspicious transactions on customers’ accounts and report any suspicious transactions or activities in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Alerts and Flags: Review alerts and flags generated from the transaction monitoring tools and make recommendations to the Senior Compliance Officer.
    • AML Compliance Training: Assist with anti-money laundering compliance training on identifying suspicious activity.
    • Regulatory Changes: Stay updated on regulatory changes and contribute to developing effective risk mitigation strategies.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance AML policies and procedures and improve the rules used for transaction monitoring based on current typologies or emerging trends.
    • NIG SAC List: Keep to date with the Nigeria Sanctions Committee (NIG SAC) sanction list and advisories.
    • Other Responsibilities: Any other responsibility as may be required by the Senior Compliance Officer, COO or other members of the management team.

    Requirements

    • Two years’ experience in a similar role is an advantage.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.

    Compliance Officer

    We are seeking an experienced and diligent Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for supporting the company's Compliance Team. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management, and the ability to guide on complex regulatory matters.

    Responsibilities

    • Regulatory Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the rules and regulations governing each market in which we operate, including monitoring changes in regulatory developments.

    • Training Program: Create, implement, and maintain a training and awareness program that educates all employees on relevant compliance and risk requirements.
    • Transaction Monitoring: Develop and direct effective transaction monitoring processes and solutions to identify suspicious transactions and activities.

    Requirements

    • Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in fintech compliance.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CIN, CAMS, ICA) is a plus.

    The Quality Assurance Engineer will improve and maintain the system of quality and reliability testing for our products and development processes. Assessing software quality by designing and implementing software testing processes. You will take ownership of code quality through exploratory and automated tests.     As the Senior Product Manager, you will be working on the goals, strategy, and delivery within one of our cross-functional product teams and defining the way millions of people interact with their finances daily.

    Responsibilities

    Build features from definition through release

    • You will execute our product roadmap and help scale one of our main products to millions of users. In other words, you will be:
    • Building a banking product with world-class customer experiences and understanding the full credit lifecycle of a customer.
    • Reimagining and modernizing everyday banking to be simpler and more accessible to all Nigerians.

    • Ensuring high engagement in the UX domain to deliver great customer experiences.
    • Creating a high conversion funnel and activation rate.
    • Working with product design and research to identify, design, validate, launch, and iterate simple, smart, and inspiring banking features that reflect the needs of our customers—functional, educational, emotional, and otherwise.
    • Partnering with marketing, brand, operations, and other engineering teams across the company to continuously launch, optimize, and scale PocketApp features.
    • Coordinating across complex dependencies to go from idea to successful implementation
    • Working autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently

    Treasury Executive

    As a Treasury Executive at Piggytech Global Limited, you will have direct responsibility for some of our treasury functions, including liquidity and treasury operations, investment portfolio management, interest rate risk management, investment analysis, capital management, and more.     • SEC-Sponsored individual is a plus.
