    Search Engine Optimization/ Digital Marketing Specialist

    About the Role

    Craydel is seeking an SEO/Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers. The company expects the SEO Specialist to enhance the quality and quantity of traffic. In addition, the SEO/digital marketer is to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote products, services and brands using various digital channels to reach and engage target audiences, drive conversions, and achieve business goals.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
    • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
    • Create engaging and relevant content in Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience and managing social media content.
    • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
    • Managing social media platforms is crucial for building and maintaining brand presence. Digital marketers develop social media strategies, create content calendars, engage with followers, and use paid advertising to reach specific demographics.
    • SEO optimization
    • Build efficiency of digital marketing campaigns by identifying areas for improvement in user experience, landing pages, and conversion funnels to increase conversions.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies Stay up to date on the digital marketing landscape about the latest trends. algorithms, and technologies to adapt their strategies and tactics accordingly.

    • Proficient in marketing automation tools
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

    Junior People Operations Partner/Associate

    About the Role

    Craydel is seeking a Junior People Operations Partner/HRBP to work closely with teams, managers and key stakeholders help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.

     Duties and Responsibilities

    • Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and conduct absences administration
    • Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
    • Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience
    • Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
    • Communicate with public services when needed
    • Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety
    • Oversee employee labor and HR federal laws and regulations to assure compliance
    • Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update database
    • Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes
    • Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional early experience
    • Recommend and develop employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relation
    • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to HR objectives
    • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
    • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements and conducting investigations
    • Arrange seminars, workshops, additional HR training, and conferences based on each department’s needs

    Key skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
    • At least one year of experience in labor relations and compliance
    • At least one year of experience managing compensation and benefits programs
    • 2+ years implementing tactics to improve performance management
    • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • High level of customer service skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
