    Digital Marketer

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are seeking to hiring a digital marketer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote a company's products and services.

    • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
    • Conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as staying up-to-date with industry trends.
    • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
    • Creating content for digital channels, such as blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
    • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing automation software.
    • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
    • Managing and optimizing digital marketing budgets to ensure the maximum return on investment (ROI).
    • Staying up-to-date with new digital marketing tools and technologies, and implementing them when appropriate.

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • A degree in any related discipline
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years working experience in similar
    • Should have excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Should have deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
    • Should be creative, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment
    • Graphics design skills is mandatory for this position

    Kitchen Assistant

    Job Description

    Food Preparation:

    • Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes.
    • Follow recipes and guidelines provided by the chef or kitchen supervisor to ensure consistent quality.

    Dish washing and Cleaning:

    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
    • Clean kitchen equipment, countertops, and work areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
    • Sweep and mop floors regularly to keep the kitchen area tidy.

    Stock Management:

    • Receive and unpack deliveries of food supplies, ensuring accuracy and quality.
    • Properly store food items in designated areas, adhering to food safety standards.
    • Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

    Kitchen Organization:

    • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
    • Label and date food items appropriately to prevent spoilage and ensure freshness.
    • Assist in maintaining inventory records, including tracking stock usage and expiration dates.

    Waste Management:

    • Properly dispose of kitchen waste, including food scraps and packaging materials, following waste management guidelines.
    • Separate recyclable materials and assist in recycling efforts.

    Safety and Hygiene:

    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
    • Follow established sanitation practices and guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the kitchen supervisor immediately.

    Support Kitchen Staff:

    • Assist chefs and cooks during meal preparation, as directed.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

    Bar Assistant

    Job Description

    Setup and Organization:

    • Bar assistants are responsible for setting up the bar area before opening, including stocking the bar with necessary supplies such as glassware, garnishes, napkins, and straws
    • They ensure that the bar is clean and tidy, and that all necessary equipment, such as shakers, bottle openers, and ice scoops, are readily available.

    Restocking Supplies:

    • Throughout the shift, Bar Assistants monitor and replenish supplies to ensure that the bar remains well-stocked. This includes restocking liquor bottles, beer kegs, mixers, and other ingredients
    • They may also be responsible for changing kegs and tapping new ones.

    Glassware Maintenance:

    • Bar Assistants clean and polish glassware, ensuring that clean glasses are readily available for bartenders.
    • They may also wash other bar tools and utensils as needed.

    Assistance to Bartenders:

    • Bar Assistants provide direct support to bartenders by assisting with drink preparation. This can include tasks such as cutting fruit garnishes, filling ice bins, and fetching ingredients or equipment as requested
    • They work closely with bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service.

    Cleaning and Maintenance:

    • Bar Assistants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the bar area. This includes wiping down counters, cleaning spills, emptying trash bins, and keeping the bar area presentable at all times.
    • They may also be involved in general cleaning tasks at the end of the shift.

    Customer Service:

    • While bar assistants may not directly interact with customers as much as bartenders, they still play a role in providing excellent customer service
    • They may assist in serving drinks, delivering orders to customers, and ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner.

    Security and Safety:

    • Bar Assistants are often trained to assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment. They may monitor customer behavior, report any issues or incidents to management, and help enforce age restrictions and responsible drinking policies.
